Your mission
Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions in relevant domains (embedded, backend, or system‑level integration).
Contribute to the design and architecture of software components to ensure maintainability, extensibility, and long‑term technical soundness.
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code aligned with organizational standards and best practices. Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and learning‑oriented team culture.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across disciplines— such as hardware, DevOps, and systems engineering — to deliver integrated solutions.
Engage in peer reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collective code quality.
Take ownership of assigned work, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by exploring new tools, technologies, and working methods.
Help strengthen cross‑site collaboration as the organization evolves toward a more global setup.
Your Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in software development, or equivalent hands‑on expertise.
Degree HBO or university (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Hands‑on depth in at least one domain, with flexibility to contribute across others.
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Git‑based workflows (e.g., pull/merge requests), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development in multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of system integration and interaction between software and hardware components.
