We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused Sales Manager. In this key role, you will shape our market presence by targeting either a specific market segment (Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Infra&Energy) or a specialized technology program (Embedded Computing Systems, Power Conversion, Precision Solutions, Manufacturing Services, New Energies/Peblar). Your efforts will directly contribute to driving business growth and achieving our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the designated market segment or technology program
Act as the commercial expert and main point of contact for your area of focus
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and meet business objectives
Lead business cases and engage in technical discussions with customers
Approach new customers, generate leads, and contribute to proposal development
Negotiate contracts and build lasting customer relationships
Participate in industry fairs and exhibitions to strengthen market presence
Evaluate market opportunities and gather key market insights

What you bring
BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage
Proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Passion for both technology and commerce
