Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is a leading global company in electronics reuse and recycling, managing IT equipment and electronic product disposal worldwide.

You will report to the HR Manager EU and work closely with the Operations Manager, Site Manager, and employees at our Eindhoven site and Amsterdam hub.

What will you do?

Act as the first point of contact for SLS Netherlands on all HR-related topics.

Submit HR changes and verify payroll in the global payroll system.

Manage HR activities from A to Z, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, personnel files, employee development, performance management, compensation, absenteeism, and off‑boarding.

Coordinate and supervise tasks with the HR Assistant, who supports HR activities for 16 hours per week.

Advise site management on Dutch labor laws, regulations, and complex HR challenges, and develop concrete action plans.

Maintain contact with external parties such as occupational health services, temporary employment agencies, pension funds, and the A+O training fund.

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s level education (HBO).

At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR position.

In‑depth knowledge of current Dutch labor laws and regulations.

Knowledge of payroll administration, including submitting changes and checking payroll.

Excellent interpersonal skills: clear communication, a pleasant manner with colleagues, and integrity when handling confidential information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; the working language within the organization is English.

What do we offer?

A gross monthly salary between€3,750 and €4,500, excluding 8% holiday allowance, based on a 40‑hour work week.

26 vacation days per year, based on full‑time employment.

Travel allowance for commuting of€0.22 per kilometer.
