Shop Floor Controller

As a Shop Floor Controller at IGT, you will support the factory in producing state‑of‑the‑art x‑ray machines for hospital operating rooms around the world. Responsibilities

Release and deliver orders based on production planning. Prioritize late orders to meet customer expectations. Administer and register production/logistical order data. Act as point of contact for all logistics issues within assigned building blocks. Manage and report production flow, proactively signal and handle constraints.Communicate daily or frequently with building block teams, leads, and procurement. Ensure stock reliability; initiate weekly cycle counts and analyze results. Administer rejected materials and manage changes initiated by production planning or engineering. Attend building block meetings daily, inform of flow disruptions, threats and opportunities.Manage rework orders using SAP ERP or SAP MES. Resolve issues such as serial number discrepancies, stock differences, and missing materials. Monitor and resolve administrative backlogs and unsolved issues based on monthly reports. Initiate process improvements (QEKs). Present and contribute to the weekly SFC meeting (comcell).Physically handle a variety of materials and prepare packaging documentation. Qualifications

High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent. Fluency in English. Strong attention to detail and accurate work habits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Team‑player attitude. Location&Working Conditions

Office‑based teams: in‑person attendance at least 3 days per week. On‑site roles: full‑time presence in company facilities. Field roles: work outside company facilities, typically at customer or supplier sites. Equal Employment Opportunity
