Electrical Designer– Job Description

We aim to make the world healthier through innovation by providing our customers with a portfolio of image-guided therapy systems to support minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment for a variety of critical conditions. Our products enable physicians to deliver the best treatment in demanding conditions, from cardiovascular to oncological and neurological treatments. This role is part of a high-tech R&D environment where you will see your work come to life in a research set-up. Responsibilities

Design, integrate, verify and perform compliance testing of electrical components and subsystems for new and modified product configurations. Define requirements and guide suppliers in creating suitable products. Analyze and solve life-cycle management issues. Represent the electrical perspective in an agile scrum team (up to 10 members).Work with the product owner to create the best overall electrical design solution. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electronics and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Strong drive for quality and safety. DfSS skills preferred. Experience collaborating with and guiding suppliers. Commitment to continuous improvement. Flexible, open attitude and good communication skills in English.Experience working in large cross-functional agile teams. How We Work Together

We work in SAFe scrum teams, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, supply-chain partners, and application specialists to deliver reliable, safe, and sustainable solutions. For office-based teams, you will work in-person at least three days per week. EEO Statement
