About Sherpaa Bikes We are the Singapore-based, venture-backed creators of a
range of highly distinctive cargo bikes . Our bikes are designed not to be the flashiest on the street, but the
most useful and family-friendly , at accessible prices. We focus on giving“ more ” to consumers — making our products
easier to sell and easier to manage
for retailers.
Having launched our products with great success, we are now looking for a
Sales Manager / Director
to help us grow our business in the Netherlands and Belgium, with future opportunities in France and Germany. If you have strong networks in other markets, we’re open to exploring them as well.
Your Mission As
Sales Manager , you will:
Drive sales by connecting with
dealers, distributors, importers, and retailers
in the cargo and folding bike segment.
Leverage your
existing network
to maximise reach and sales, while visiting key partners in person.
Represent Sherpaa at
bike shows, demos, and events , letting retailers test and experience our bikes firsthand.
Manage
orders, deliveries, and after-sales support , ensuring our partners and customers are fully satisfied.
Collaborate with marketing and provide insights on
promotions, campaigns, and product development .
Recommend new suppliers or components to enhance our product lineup.

Who You Are You thrive in a
hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
and:
Have a
strong network of cargo and folding bike dealers
in NL&BE.
Bring
3+ years of sales experience in cargo bikes , with a proven track record of hitting targets. More experience? Even better— we can adjust the offer accordingly.
Are a
self-starter
who dislikes office politics and enjoys shaping processes.
Are comfortable
hunting new business
and
growing existing accounts
organically.
Can handle
cold calling
and proactive sales outreach.
Communicate fluently in
Dutch and English ;
French or German
is a strong plus.
Hold a
valid driver’s license
and can confidently handle a 3-wheel cargo bike on and off a van.
Hold a
HBO-level diploma
or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Are
personable, engaging, and disciplined , balancing charm with focus.
