Position Junior Account Manager (Full-time | 40 hours)

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be one of the first points of contact within our organization. You will communicate daily with customers, distributors, and installers from different countries via phone, email, and our shared inbox. You will help advise clients on suitable fire protection solutions, support commercial and technical inquiries, assist with quotations, and contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also have the freedom to explore new markets and identify business opportunities independently. Because of our international focus, professional English communication skills are essential.

What will you do?

Act as a first point of contact for customers, distributors, and installers

Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

Support commercial activities and quotation processes

Maintain and strengthen customer relationships

Advise clients on fire suppression and fire safety solutions

Research new markets and identify business opportunities

Work closely with colleagues in a fast-growing international organization

What are we looking for?

MBO-level working and thinking ability (commercial or technical background preferred)

A proactive and independent mindset

Commercial awareness and the ability to recognize opportunities

Professional English speaking and writing skills

Additional languages are considered a plus

Affinity with technology or installation engineering

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude

Motivation to learn and grow professionally
