Quality Manager , you coordinate and manage processes for handling inspections, deviations, and complaints from A to Z. You will investigate and analyze NCRs, initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and ensure process quality, mainly internally but also with suppliers.Your role is crucial in achieving performance objectives, monitoring internal customer satisfaction, and assessing supplier quality performance. You will interact with various stakeholders and help maintain the quality management systems. Investigate deviations
to determine root causes and necessary CAPA actions. Implement improvements
and lead problem-solving efforts, encouraging collaboration across disciplines. Initiate and manage improvement teams
using appropriate methods to realize process improvements. Secure improvements
within management systems following the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. Manage NCR processes
for deviation registration, communication, and follow-up regarding product and service quality issues. Provide advice
on quality assessment and improvement processes, both solicited and unsolicited. Contribute to the quality policy
development, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and organizational objectives.
