You know how to work cost-consciously and high-quality.You stand your ground in terms of communication and have commercial qualities. You are someone who can make and follow up on schedules. You are the leader with an eye for detail. If you recognize yourself in this, then you are the project leader we are looking for. For the position of Project Manager, you will also bring the following:Architectural analysis by education (Architecture MBO/HBO). Experience in project management in construction at previous positions. Affinity with the refrigeration and cold store construction sector (is an advantage). Command of the English and German language (is an advantage). Socially skilled, enterprising and someone who is firmly in his / her shoes.In collaboration with your Project Team, you make a planning and work budget for the project in question. Then you call in the field service and, where necessary, ancillary contractors, plan construction and project meetings and keep an eye on the (financial) progress at all times. You are the point of contact, the starting and final responsible for your projects. You report to the Manager Business Office, and/or directly to the management.Further tasks and responsibilities: managing (chief) mechanics, work planners and project engineers; guidance of quotations; advice for customer issues; being a sparring partner for colleagues; clear contracts and financial reports; identifying/processing deviations and initiating additional works if necessary;insight into integral projects.
