Role Overview Teamleider Logistiek at an international company in Hooge Mierde. You manage a small international team in a cleanroom environment focused on reusable packaging for the automotive sector. Your day includes a short stand‑up with your team, aligning priorities with the Site Manager, and balancing activities between the cleanroom, warehouse, and laptop. You maintain quality, solve practical issues on the floor, plan transports, and support your team to work safely and efficiently in a stable day‑shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Ensure a clean and sterile cleanroom by following fixed cleaning and decontamination procedures.

Support assembly and quality checks on racks and textiles, including visual inspections and correct labelling.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows, plan transports, and keep an overview of materials and packaging.

Monitor the weekly planning, update schedules, and handle basic administration such as inventory and operational emails.

Guide and coach a small international team on the work floor, give feedback, and support onboarding of new colleagues.

Benefits

Gross monthly salary€2,800–€3,200 based on 40 hours.

32–40 hours per week, stable daytime schedule.

Qualifications

Available 32–40 hours per week, day shifts.

Living within commuting distance of Hooge Mierde.

MBO 3 work and thinking level.

Experience in a cleanroom and/or assembly production environment.

Strong communicator, coach, team‑focused and reliable.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, sterile, controlled work environment.

Good English and Polish; Dutch is a plus.

Skilled with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
