Driver Desk Employee– Be the link that keeps logistics moving

Our new employer is a global transport and logistics provider with offices in over 80 countries and still growing. Whether it's by plane, boat, train, or truck, they keep goods moving across the world. They are looking for someone like you to join their operations team.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist drivers on arrival

Hand out necessary documentation and coordinate loading/unloading schedules

Register shipments in the customs system

Verify transport documents and vehicle registration details

Ensure all customs-related documentation is accurate and up to date

Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in one of two shifts: 07:00– 15:30 or 12:00 – 20:30.

Qualifications

Some administrative work experience

Confident with systems and documentation

Speak English fluently

Flexible and open to working in staggered shifts
