What we offer

A full-time position (40 hours per week) in dayshift from 06:00 till 15:00

Salary in scale 8 between€ 3.039,- and € 3.600 gross per month (growth potential up to € 4.490,- depending on experience)

Your role as a Teamleader As a Teamleader, you're the go‑to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.

Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly

Coach team members on their performance and personal development

Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment

Conduct performance, absence and development conversations

Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date

Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues

This is you You're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.

At least 1 year experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)

Strong analytical skills - confident with systems and reports

Excellent communication skills in English, do you speak Dutch, it's a plus! At least you are willing to learn Dutch!

Reliable - your team knows they can count on you

You are flexible and comfortable leading teams across multiple operational areas such as picking, packing, and VAS, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and team dynamics.

You'll lead around 20 warehouse operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you'll boost performance and team spirit!
