About the Role As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will take ownership of a core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high‑quality AP operations across a complex, high‑volume environment.

You will lead and develop a large team, bring structure to a growing organization, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a highly visible role with strong cross‑functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to shape how AP operates at scale.

About your Tasks

Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high‑performing environment

Own end‑to‑end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP&related tools)

Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments

Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function

About you

6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups

Strong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability

Hands‑on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations

Experience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset
