About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager you will be part of the European Project Management team within the Operations department. You will support our business in Logistics, Supply Chain, and IT related projects. You will have the chance to substantially add value to the growth of our company and improve our business results. In this role you will work closely with many stakeholders, often with a focus on Logistics, Facility and IT.

Our headquarters are in Sevenum near Venlo but projects can be executed across Europe at various locations of Redcare Pharmacy. Overall, this position involves both strategic and operational skills and is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager.

Some examples of previous projects the department has executed include setting up completely new facilities including related processes and infrastructure like our headquarters in Sevenum, our distribution centre in Milan (Italy) and in Pilsen (Czech Republic), improving the logistics setup with modern automation solutions, and implementing new software systems.

Job Description About your Tasks:

Responsible for the execution of complex international projects within a dynamic environment

Developing project plans, timelines, and ensuring that milestones are met (research, definition, planning, budgeting, risk analysis, scope control, periodic reporting of progress)

Proactively communicating with all (corporate) stakeholders and managing risks and issues

Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the project

Coordinating and managing weekly progress on projects

Ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and on time

Qualifications About you:

We are looking for a strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. You have at least 5 years of experience in project management within an international environment. You are resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset in dynamic environments.

Willing to carry out projects outside headquarters in the Netherlands and to travel abroad on a regular basis depending on projects

Knowledge of logistic processes, facility management, IT (ERP/WMS systems)

Extensive knowledge of various project management methodologies

Strong language skills in English. German and Dutch are a plus
