As a contract manager, you are responsible for managing our strategic clients, with the main goal of maintaining and increasing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. You work closely with various internal stakeholders and ensure that customer agreements are adhered to while also identifying and anticipating potential growth opportunities.maintaining contact and collaborating with the customer, as well as your internal stakeholders; compiling and presenting price proposals to the customer; participating in MBRs and QBRs; monitoring KPIs, reporting results and customer trends, aiming to create innovative insights; analyzing, identifying, and resolving risks and incidents.Qualifications

experience within the Transport and Logistics sector, preferably in a similar role; experience in a commercial or operational function and a willingness to focus entirely on contract management; proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. If you also master other foreign languages, that is certainly a plus!Benefits
