Over de functie The Operator A is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production line operates efficiently, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves performing basic production tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations. The Operator A plays a key role in maintaining smooth production processes and supporting overall operational excellence.

Your key Responsibilities:

Set up and monitor machines and automated processes

Track production, manage orders, and make adjustments

Perform quality checks, including metal detection, and report issues

Maintain order and safety on the line

Guide and supervise line staff to ensure compliance

Escalate any deviations

Working hours:

We operate in a two-shift system, seven days a week, including weekends:

Dayshift starting from 06:50 AM

Afternoon shift starting from 03:00 PM

Wat wij vragen

MBO level 2 work and thinking skills, with relevant experience in a similar role

Basic knowledge of production processes, quality standards (HACCP, BRC), and safety regulations

Ability to operate and monitor machinery, handle production data, and perform quality checks

Good proficiency in Dutch and/or English language

Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to maintaining safety and quality

Salary starting with€16,42 gross rate

Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (max.€12.60 per day)

+40% for work after 11:00 PM

+100% allowance for work on Sundays
