Responsibilities

Qualifications

You have a vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level and some management experience.

Previous work experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but the drive to grow and to inspire others is what matters.

You always think from the guest’s perspective and know how to inspire a team.

You are entrepreneurial, results‑oriented, and enjoy clear goals; you like collaborating, connecting people, and building a strong team.

You are not afraid to be critical, making choices and decisions based on data and insights.

Development McDonald’s Academy – You will complete the Restaurant Manager training program through our McDonald’s Academy. You can also earn your vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) diploma.
