Warehouse Supervisor Your Role

Manage warehouse staff including hiring, performance evaluations and people development, including absenteeism

Responsible for setting up and meeting (pre‑determined) KPI’s and targets, including reporting

Maintain clear communication between warehouse and management to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise

Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives regarding warehouse operations

Long‑term resource planning

Conflict resolution

Ensure all Quality documents are created and up‑to‑date including CAPA and NC resolutions

Promote a positive and collaborative work culture to empower and motivate the team

Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures

Your Profile

HBO, Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Logistics with 3+ years of people‑management experience

Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

Leadership and team management

Identification with Management

Enforcement of Company Values

Physically able to sit, stand, speak, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see, listen, and type

Physically able to lift up to 25 kg
