Overview We are seeking an international-minded individual with an interest in global trade processes to support the compliance and trade team, ensuring regulatory compliance and up-to-date administration of international shipments.

Responsibilities

Process global supply chain partner reviews, including reviews of current government restricted/denied parties list matches.

Collect, review, and approve Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications.

Conduct and document due diligence for partners and/or transactions to resolve potential red flags.

Monitor and clear day‑to‑day transactions while remaining compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Analyse high‑volume transactional reports.

Prepare and submit low‑ and high‑complexity government license applications and reports.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of written and spoken processes, instructions, reports, and regulations.

Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent related experience.

1 year of experience in a large organization.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Fluent English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus, or a fluent third language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Dutch, German) with intermediate English.

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Oracle experience is a plus.

Self‑reliant, self‑starter with ability to handle challenging situations.

Background in customs processes, trade compliance, logistics, transportation or classification/tariff engineering is an advantage.
