Position : Supervisor

What You Are Going To Do

Organize, prioritize, and divide tasks within your team.

Provide daily communication/updates to and with the team and conduct monthly performance meetings with department employees.

Support and coach employees in executing their responsibilities and tasks.

Continuously focus on quality, quantity and productivity to ensure timeliness and avoid mistakes, including preventive and corrective actions.

Monitor processes and the flow of goods, maintaining proper execution.

Follow up on urgent orders and proactively signal bottlenecks, creating and implementing improvement proposals and processes.

Conduct job reviews, assessments, and absenteeism interviews.

Maintain order and tidiness of the work environment/department and implement 5S where needed.

Promote cooperation and a positive work atmosphere.

Bachelor’s degree (MBO + preferred). HBO is preferred.

Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German preferred (any other language acceptable).

Previous experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or related field.

Previous managerial/supervisor experience (2+ years).

Flexibility to work in shifts, including some Saturdays.
