Sales Support Employee, Tegelen

Our Sales Department is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Employee to join the team. In this role, you will be the essential link between our sales department, customers, and internal organization. You will support the Business Development Managers, monitor the quotation and order process, and ensure smooth communication with customers at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the commercial process from customer request and quotation to order completion

Preparing, processing, and following up on quotations

Supporting Business Development Managers and customers with questions and requests

Maintaining and updating customer portals

Coordinating communication between customers and internal departments

Managing customer data within the ERP system

Preparing reports and maintaining pricing information

Following up on customer paymentsPerforming additional administrative tasks and documentation management

What We Are Looking For

MBO+ / HBO level through education and/or experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

A financial background is considered a plus

Accurate, customer-oriented, and well organized

Salary indication:€3,516.42 – €4,247.61 gross per month, depending on experience

27 vacation days + 13 ADV days based on a fulltime employment contract

A contract for 32–40 hours per week

Initial one-year contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment

PME pension scheme

Travel allowance of€0.21 per kilometer
