As a Food ProductionOperator,youareresponsibleforcontrolling,coordinating,andmonitoringtheproductionprocessunderthesupervisionoftheShift Manager.Youplayakeyroleinensuringthatmachinesandproductionlinesoperateefficiently,safely,andin full compliancewithqualitystandards.Youact as arolemodel ontheshop floorbyconsistentlyadheringtostrictsafety,hygiene,andqualityrequirements.

Responsibilities

Setting up, starting up,adjusting,and converting machinesandproductionlinestoensuresmoothoperations.

Verifying theavailabilityandcorrectuseofrawmaterialsandpackagingmaterials.

Monitoring theproductionprocessandassessoutputagainstpredefinedKPIs,quality,andquantitystandards.

Performing first-line machine maintenanceandresolveminortechnicalissues;escalatemajormalfunctionstotheShift Manager or TechnicalDepartment.

Conducting routinequalityandprocesschecksandreportanydeviationsinatimelymanner.

Accuratelyrecording productiondataandcompletingallrequiredadministrativedocumentation.

Instructing, supporting,andsupervisingcolleaguesandtemporaryworkerson correctworkingmethodsandprocedures.

Ensuringallactivitiesarecarriedout inaccordancewithapplicablesafety,hygiene(HACCP),andqualityguidelines.

Requirements

MBO-levelworkingandthinkingability.

Basictechnicalknowledgeand/or experience; experiencewithinthefoodindustryisanadvantage.

FamiliaritywithHACCPandworkingin aregulatedproductionenvironment.

GoodcommandoftheDutchlanguage.

Aproactive,flexible,andhands-on attitudewithawillingnesstosupportothers.

Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytomotivatecolleaguesontheshopfloor.

Willingnesstoworkin athree-shift system.
