YOUR TASKS Build sustainable collaboration benefiting all parties involved; Develop client business by meeting SLA’s and O&L agreements; Proactively investigate client needs and translate these needs into creative solutions and action plans; Lead or support new implementations for clients; Contribute to Arvato’s growth strategy. YOUR PROFILE A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as: Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Business Administration;At least one year of relevant experience within an international oriented Contract logistics environment; Excellent level of verbal and written communication in English. Dutch or German is a plus; Experience with being P&L responsible; Strong numerical and analytic skills; Decisive and effective under stress; Strong communicative and commercial skills. WE OFFER A salary between€2,975 – €5,531. And we top it off with 8% holiday allowance, a fully paid retirement plan and discounted gym memberships; We offer a performance bonus up to one month salary;25 paid vacation days, possibility to extend these to 28 vacation days; Versatile working environment with creative freedom, flat hierarchies and an open corporate culture; Opportunity to accompany the development of one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe from the very beginning and to quickly take on responsibility;Very good development opportunities at a growing logistics location.
