We are further strengthening our Poultry Service Team by recruiting a
Field Service Manager , who will lead a team of 15–20 field service engineers based in the Netherlands and the UK. This team is responsible for the service activities of our secondary portfolio in the North EMEA region. As the Field Service Manager, you will create, develop, and manage the team and be responsible for meeting the operational objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyze information to determine needs for successfully planned installations, services, or repairs
Be responsible for identifying future talent and for the development and growth of your team
Mentor employees about work‑related issues and assist them to close job‑skill gaps and ensure job satisfaction
Initiate personnel actions such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures when required, and conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings
Ensure all planned maintenance, repairs, emergency support, and special projects are delivered on time, within budget, and reported appropriately
Be responsible for Health&Safety worker trainings and for site work on JBT Marel machinery
Participate in field service management meetings to set directions, goals, and strategy for the operation
Align with Innovation and Maintenance departments on new product introductions and ensure skills requirements are met in the market
Travel occasionally as required by the business (~10 %)

Have a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical area
Enjoy leadership, management and motivation of people, gaining commitment from both internal and external colleagues
Have knowledge of products and processes in similar technologies or industries to the company
Have knowledge of principles and processes for providing high‑quality field service to customers
Can show experience in Technical Service Management supporting capital goods, ideally in the food industry
Have solid communication skills in English and Dutch
