Line Lead Packing– Responsibilities As a Line-Lead Packing, you will work on the packing line yourself while supervising a small team. You ensure daily tasks are properly distributed and the team works efficiently.

Supervise and guide four packers on the line.

Assign daily tasks and support the team where necessary.

Check the availability of products and materials.

Ensure efficient order changeovers on the line.

Monitor key KPIs for the line.

Ensure the daily workload is completed.

Maintain a clean and organized workplace according to the 5S method.

Working Hours The activities mainly take place between 07:00 and 19:00. Employees must be flexible regarding start and end times. During busy periods, work may be scheduled according to a rotating roster or shift system. In some cases, shifts can start between 06:00 and 23:00. In case of overtime, changed shifts or shift work, you will receive an overtime or shift allowance.

Team player with good communication skills.

Willingness to actively work on the shop floor.

Flexible with regard to working hours and shift work.

Able to work accurately and in an organized manner.
