We are building a new plant in Boxmeer and are looking for a senior maintenance technician to join us in all stages from A to Z. About the role

As a senior maintenance technician you will be the subject‑matter expert during maintenance planning and execution, troubleshoot mechanical processes, air‑pressure, oil‑pressure, electrical and automation issues, prevent problems and continuously improve reliability. Execute maintenance work on production lines according to the maintenance plan.Diagnose and resolve technical problems (faults) on production line machines. Work with the maintenance team to provide input for reliability improvement. Provide technical advice to technicians and operators. Investigate and document root‑cause analyses and improvements for complex faults. Develop and maintain a training programme for technicians.Prepare and enforce accurate work instructions and procedures. Participate in projects as a technical contributor and execution team member. Perform hands‑on maintenance, including shift and on‑call duties. Requirements and profile

Completed technical education with a minimum of HBO level, preferably in mechatronics, electronics or control engineering. VCA (VOL) or NEN3140 certification, or willingness to obtain it through the company. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in Dutch and English. Strong communication skills, interpersonal orientation and a customer‑focused mindset.Ability to work well in a sterile, clean environment and understand the importance of GMP compliance. Production lines run seven days a week; you will work Monday to Friday in a rotating schedule of early, late and three day shifts. On‑call duty approximately once every six weeks; ready to respond on‑site if faults cannot be solved remotely. Benefits
