Due to our growing business and installed base in the GME region, we are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Care Manager, specifically focusing on our Poultry Equipment for our Customers in Turkey and Iraq.
Your Day-to-day Will Look a Lot Like This
Visiting customers and prospects, identifying opportunities for sales of Service Business Products and parts. This includes arranging, preparing, and reporting these visits;
Independent handling of the entire sales process including offering solutions matching your customer’s needs;
Cooperate with Service Area Managers, Service Engineers (your eyes at the customer), and Account Managers (who sell new equipment);
Since this is a commercial role, we measure your performance by the amount of visits, volume of created opportunities, and your hit rate.
About You You will recognize in yourself that you understand machines and equipment. You like to manage and organize your own work. Also, you have experience in sales of complex equipment or high value services. You want to be the trusted advisor for your customers, for you customer centricity is essential. In order to be successful in this challenging role, we are looking for the following in your profile:
Education in a technical area (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering) or in Business Engineering;
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a technical environment, preferably at a manufacturer of capital equipment;
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales of services or capital goods;
You live in the Netherlands and are able to commute to our office in Boxmeer;
Understanding of the food processing industry is an advantage;
Comfortable speaker in English. Turkish is a plus;
Independent worker, able to schedule your own tasks and week planning;
Willing to travel internationally (+/- 50%).
