You will work closely with colleagues within HR and operations and use data to optimize workforce planning and reporting. Your responsibilities include

Further developing existing BI reports related to recruitment, turnover, cross‑training, and the ratio between flexible and permanent employees Supporting the setup and adjustment of WFM and HR reports in PowerBI Translating data into clear analyses and actionable insights Contributing to optimal workforce planning within the operationMaintaining contact with different departments to properly align workforce needs Identifying improvement opportunities within reports and processes What’s in it for you
