Vacancy: Technical Writer Pharmaceutical Packaging (possession of a Dutch working visa is required)

For an international pharmaceutical organization in the Boxmeer region, we are looking for a detail-oriented

Technical writer

to support extractables and leachables evaluations for multiple pharmaceutical products and packaging materials. In this role, you will collect, review and compile technical and product-related data into clear E&L evaluation documents. You will work closely with different manufacturing and technical support teams across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities You will be responsible for: Supporting the writing, checking, editing and finalization of extractables and leachables evaluations Extracting relevant information from product leaflets, data sheets and technical packaging specifications Compiling product and packaging data into E&L documentation Following up with internal sites to obtain missing information and required data Performing Excel-based calculations related to E&L risk assessments Maintaining clear communication with global manufacturing, technology and support teams Your profile We are looking for someone who brings: A completed Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices Experience within Animal Health is a strong advantage The ability to read and interpret product leaflets, product composition and technical specifications Excellent documentation skills and strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishA structured, accurate and well-organized way of working Confidence working independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Availability to work five days per week during standard business hours Residence within reasonable commuting distance of BoxmeerWhat you can expect: This is an excellent opportunity for a scientifically trained professional with pharmaceutical and QA experience to contribute to important product and packaging evaluations within a regulated global environment.
