About the Role This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The position acts as a key link between production teams and technicians, ensuring maintenance work is planned, authorised, and executed at the right time. Strong communication and a practical mindset are essential to succeed in this environment.

Responsibilities - Prepare and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities - Create and maintain maintenance schedules - Coordinate closely with production to determine optimal maintenance windows - Prepare technical materials and documentation for maintenance tasks - Organise work permits and ensure compliance with procedures- Distribute work tasks among technicians and monitor progress - Act as the primary communication point between production and maintenance teams

Requirements - Experience in a maintenance planning or technical coordination role is strongly preferred - Junior candidates considered only if they learn quickly and show strong motivation and resilience - Ability to work independently and take ownership of planning activities - Strong communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders- Comfortable working in a production environment - Dutch required, English is an advantage
