In this role you will be responsible for the on‑site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring that work is carried out according to JBT Marel specifications, project plans and to customer satisfaction.What You'll Be Doing

Extensive in‑house technical preparation and planning with the project team. Supervise installations at customers worldwide. Maintain control of project planning. Collaborate closely with the JBT Marel project team, customers and local sub‑contractors. Manage customer expectations throughout the project.Clearly communicate project plans, technical instructions and feedback to JBT Marel. Ensure timely reporting in accordance with JBT Marel policies. Report safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project. Qualifications

Proven experience supervising on‑site installations with strong technical know‑how. Ability to schedule, prioritise and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume and personnel capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.Commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 3– 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working in a multi‑cultural, multi‑discipline organization is an advantage.Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (approximately 60% of the time). Benefits
