Role Overview
As our new Customer Care Manager, using your technical education and commercial sense, you grow the sales of Service Business Products such as Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and spare parts. You visit food producers that use JBT Marel equipment and convince them to use our services and parts, improving the performance and reliability of their processes and systems. You spot opportunities, propose value‑adding solutions, and close the deal, selling benefits suchas Total Cost of Ownership, improved machine performance, higher throughput, and quality in a competitive market.Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Visit customers and prospects to identify opportunities for sales of Service Business Products and parts. Arrange, prepare, and report visits. Handle the entire sales process independently, offering solutions that match customers’ needs. Cooperate with Service Area Managers, Service Engineers, and Account Managers.Measure performance by the number of visits, volume of created opportunities, and hit rate. Qualifications / Desired Profile
Education in a technical area (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering) or Business Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a technical environment, preferably at a manufacturer of capital equipment. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales of services or capital goods. Understanding of the food processing industry is an advantage.Comfortable speaker in English. Independent worker, able to schedule your own tasks and plan weekly.
