About the Role This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The position acts as a key link between production teams and technicians, ensuring maintenance work is planned, authorised, and executed at the right time. Strong communication and a practical mindset are essential to succeed in this environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Create and maintain maintenance schedules

Coordinate closely with production to determine optimal maintenance windows

Prepare technical materials and documentation for maintenance tasks

Organise work permits and ensure compliance with procedures

Distribute work tasks among technicians and monitor progress

Act as the primary communication point between production and maintenance teams

Requirements

Experience in a maintenance planning or technical coordination role is strongly preferred

Junior candidates considered only if they learn quickly and show strong motivation and resilience

Ability to work independently and take ownership of planning activities

Strong communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in a production environment

Dutch required, English is an advantage
