Customer Service Coordinator at Sodastream, Breda

SodaStream Breda is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our EU North team. We are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and always striving to do better. If you would like to work with an energetic and fun team and represent a strong global brand this might be your dream job! The role is located in our office in Breda and reports to our EU North Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage order entries, customer queries, returns and claims

Provide our customers with great service over email

Develop and improve processes and ways of working

Contribute to our positive team spirit and work environment

Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written Dutch is a requirement

A good level of English in writing and speaking is needed

It is a plus if you have experience using case systems such as Netsuite or Zendesk, otherwise you are eager to learn and work with it.
