Manager Customer Service (m/f/d) Location: Breda, Netherlands
We are seeking a Manager Customer Service to lead our local team in Breda. The role involves building future-oriented customer relationships and driving service excellence.
Your Tasks
Active customer relationship management, maintain the current and convince new customers
Promote and develop new services
Ensure timely support regarding technical issues and parts inquiries
Manage and further develop the local service team
Implement and continuously improve safety standards (SMS) and increase safety awareness
Ensure quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
Provide and evaluate reports for tracking all relevant KPIs (customer support, sales, margins, efficiency)
Optimize administrative processes (orders, invoices, payments) in compliance with legal and internal requirements
Handle legal and warranty cases
Your Qualification
Completed training or studies in a commercial or technical field
Very good technical understanding, ideally product-specific knowledge in the field of mobile cranes
Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
Business fluent DutchАnd good English skills
