As an Account Manager at Infinite Simulation Systems, you have experience in software sales and combine commercial drive with technical curiosity. You will immerse yourself in the world of engineering and simulation challenges within the high-tech manufacturing industry and work with leading Ansys simulation solutions. With your keen interest in technology and your customer-oriented mindset, you help companies translate complex technical needs into smart simulation solutions, creating tangible value for both your customers and Infinite.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities within your own customer group and a specific set of Ansys simulation solutions.

Approach existing and potential customers in a wide range of sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, high‑tech, offshore, shipbuilding, the medical industry, and civil engineering.

Manage the entire sales process: from the first contact and mapping customer needs, to creating a solution mapping, preparing a quotation, and closing the sales agreement.

Ensure that your sales pipeline remains continuously filled and actively follow up on it.

Participate enthusiastically and proactively in trade fairs, seminars, networking events, and other marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in a technical direction (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction, etc.) or a master’s degree combined with strong technical knowledge and affinity.

Experience with the sale of software solutions, or relevant experience within a technical sales environment.

Understanding of (software) engineering and/or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a clear asset.

Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English, with keen technical‑commercial interest, high willingness to service customers and a structured work method.

Ability to achieve successes in a team as well as independently.

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to maintain an overview and proactively contribute to the expansion of our growing organization.
