The Impact You’ll Make

Digital Partner: Act as the primary support for Dutch-speaking SMBs, guiding them through advertising tools and account strategies via phone, email, and chat.

Problem Solver: Identify client needs and provide effective, high‑quality solutions to improve their advertising experience.

Product Insights: Share direct feedback from the market to help Meta improve its tools and services for businesses worldwide.

Candidate Profile

Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and a good command of English (B2+).

Mindset: You are customer‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and have a genuine interest in the world of digital marketing.

Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast‑paced environment.

What Is Provided

The Package: Monthly gross salary up to€1,684 if you have your own place or €1,359 + Company Housing included.
