A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quality Management professional to join a rapidly growing, vertically integrated agribusiness. Due to a 100% increase in demand a new role has been created in the Quality / Claims team. This company specialises in supplying high volume, sustainable, organic and fair-trade tropical fruit for its clients supply chain. It offers a young, vibrant and international workplace in a varied and fast paced position with guaranteed potential for personal development.
Responsibilities
Create and Maintain Claim files (sales and purchase side), correspondence, photos, inspection reports, credit notes, supplier acknowledgment notes and corrective errors.
Support the Quality Manager and Commercial team in claim evaluation (validity, evidence completeness, responsibility split) and preparing claim documentation to suppliers.
Follow up systematically with suppliers until closure (agreement, credit note, replacement, or other settlement) and escalate overdue cases to the Quality Manager.
Skills&Experience
Hands on experience with claims handling, complaint follow-up, and document management preferred.
3-5 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, customer service or supply chain administration (fresh produce / food industry is a strong plus).
English language, ability to thrive in an international team.
