Job Description Executive Producer
Responsibilities
Oversee the full project process such as planning, finances, workflow and client management while maintaining a helicopter view of the project.
Ensure an efficient workflow throughout the whole process.
Create the organizational chart for the show production.
Work with the Art Director to realize custom creations with international/external teams.
Schedule and measure data on the progress of milestones and deliverables.
Prioritize deliverables, formulate KPIs and ensure the quality of the team.
Present proposals to clients with the Art Director.
Resolve any production and practical challenges.
Facilitate the creative and production team with inspiration, enthusiasm and structure.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an international Executive Producer / Project Manager.
Expert in organization, planning and on‑time delivery.
Ability to balance business aspects with the creative process.
Familiar with the live‑entertainment industry and comfortable with its demanding, international, dynamic character.
Calm under stress, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Well‑developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a team into excellence.
Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of GRIPP preferred) and project management dashboards and tools such as Asana.
Outstanding communication skills in English and Dutch.
