What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability
What You'll Do
Support customers with technical and service‑related inquiries
Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation&Benefits
1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries
