Junior Consultant CM&E (m/f/d) As a Junior Consultant CM&E at Groenewout, a member of EPG, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and construction of logistics buildings.

Your responsibilities include:

Conducting analyses, gathering data, and preparing reports that contribute to the development of logistics concepts and layouts.

Collaborating with logistics and technical design teams to create architectural layouts and proposals, ensuring routing, installations, and building layouts align with logistics processes.

Assisting in the design of distribution centers by collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports that aid in the development of logistics concepts and layouts.

Translating logistics concepts into architectural designs, ensuring alignment with logistics processes.

Maintaining a structured archive of drawings, permits, reports, schedules, and contract documents.

Supporting the preparation of technical specifications and tender documents.

Preparing and maintaining minutes of project meetings, noting, distributing, and following up on action points within the architectural team.

Identifying risks or bottlenecks in the design or construction process, proposing alternatives or improvements, and reporting back to the senior consultant.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management&Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Installation Technology (E-W-S), or a related field.

Have experience working with a developer, large contractor, or architectural firm.

Be familiar with Microsoft Office packages.

Display analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong collaboration abilities.

Demonstrate strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
