Role Description As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be responsible for running a production line within a highly automated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will operate advanced equipment, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and actively contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.This role requires a hands-on, analytical, and quality-driven professional with a proactive mindset and strong technical insight. You will collaborate closely with operators, line leads, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated production lines according to established procedures and GMP standards. Perform line changeovers, monitor process parameters, and ensure accurate documentation in SAP/MES. Collect, analyze, and report process data to identify trends or deviations.Ensure process continuity, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when needed. Participate in problem-solving, root cause analyses (RCA), and improvement initiatives (LEAN, Kaizen, 5WHY). Maintain operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at all times. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth shift handovers.Support continuous improvement and contribute to the elimination of waste and process inefficiencies. Ensure all mandatory training and certifications are up to date.
Requirements MBO level (Technical or Process direction) and/or VAPRO A/B certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a technical or process operator. Experience in GMP/GDP or ISO-certified environments is preferred. Familarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Certified Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is a big plus. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and MES. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
