As an HR Specialist, you will oversee critical HR activities related to personal files, benefits administration, employment contracts, onboarding&offboarding, and ensure compliance with global and local regulations. This position reports to the HR Manager. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate personal files and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and perks, and assist employees with claims and inquiries. Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and agreements in compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in recruiting activities, including CV screening and interview support. Support onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees, handling paperwork and orientation. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and assist in audits and compliance checks. Address employee relational inquiries and collaborate on employee relations issues.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of HR experience focusing on personal files, benefits, and employment contracts. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Exceptional organizational skills,attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team‑oriented attitude. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. English proficiency at B2+ level. Benefits
