role, you’ll be
end-to-end responsible
for implementing the
NS Go platform

What you will do As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of
Thijs’ team , working together with a number of other Project Managers and
Customer Implementation Engineers . Together, you’ll implement the
NS Go platform
for and with business customers. The stakeholders you work with are often
HR managers ,
Comp&Ben consultants ,
IT experts , and
payroll administrators . You’ll be the link between the customer team and our internal NS(M) teams. What will you do in practice? You implement
NS Go from A to Z
for various business customers; from setting policies to communicating with employees. You have full control over multiple complex project schedules and
project budgets . You translate your customers’ mobility policy into
configurations within the NS Go platform . You connect all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. You manage stakeholder expectations, communicate proactively, and bring conflicting interests together. You ensure each implementation is completed to a high standard by managing risks.You build expertise around the IT platform, payroll, and mobility, and use it to advise customers. You help build our young organization and continuously raise the level of our service.
What you bring You have at least
5 years of experience in project management . With your experience and skills, you can contribute significantly to improving our PM ways of working. Ideally, you have experience in the
HR, SaaS, or IT
field. You have experience with—or affinity for—the implementation of
IT platforms
and
mobility . You don’t back away from challenges; you’re used to working in dynamic, demanding environments. You have strong communication skills and can switch between different stakeholder levels. You think logically, take a pragmatic approach, and work in a results-driven way. You are careful and understand the importance of an accurate, complete payroll administration.You have a strong sense of responsibility and therefore you’re also self-directed. You can run multiple implementation projects at the same time—you keep a cool head and don’t get easily thrown off.

NS Mobility Services , you work in a dynamic and growing scale-up, with a stable NS organization as our parent company. Our enthusiastic team of
more than 40 colleagues
will welcome you with open arms at our office in the Breda train station. What else can you expect? A
one-year contract
(with prospects of a contract for
indefinite duration ) for
40 hours per week—32 or 36 hours is also negotiable. A monthly salary,
8% holiday pay , and
8% end-of-year bonus . 30 vacation days
(full-time basis). A
flexible mobility policy
(of course!), including full reimbursement of
second-class train travel . Flexibility regarding working hours, locations, and office days. At our company, this means at least
25%
of your time working from the office and at least
25%
of your working time working from home. The opportunity to work from abroad for
4 weeks per year
