Urgently searching for a Salesforce Field Service Specialist!
2-3 days per week | Start: April 1st (or earlier) | International environment For a large-scale Salesforce transformation program, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Specialist who will play a key role in designing and implementing Field Service within a growing international organization. This is not a support role. This is a hands‑on build&rollout assignment within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
The Context The client has recently implemented Sales Cloud and is preparing for the next phase:
Implementation of Salesforce Field Service
Implementation of a Project Management setup within Salesforce
Upcoming CPQ implementation
Final solution presentation scheduled for March 16
Implementation start planned for mid‑April / May
They are currently in the proposal and design phase and want to speak with a Field Service specialist as soon as possible.
Your Role You will:
Lead the implementation of Salesforce Field Service
Help design and configure a Project Management structure within Salesforce
Contribute to planning and resource setup within Field Service
Work closely with Ben (Sales Cloud lead) and a new Salesforce specialist starting March 1
Contribute to the overall Salesforce roadmap (including future CPQ integration)
What We're Looking For Mandatory:
Salesforce Field Service Certification
8+ years of Salesforce experience
5+ years hands‑on Field Service experience
Strong experience in end‑to‑end implementations
Experience designing planning&scheduling structures in Field Service
Strong functional mindset (configuration over customization)
Fluent in English
Strong plus:
Experience aligning Field Service with Sales Cloud
Comfortable in client‑facing conversations
Experience working in dynamic scale‑up environments
Working Environment
Start: ideally April 1 (earlier is a plus)
Freelance engagement (hourly rate)
High ownership, small core team
International stakeholder environment
Personality Fit
Is not afraid to challenge and advise the client
Thinks structurally and long‑term
Enjoys working in a fast‑moving, pragmatic setup
Can operate independently but thrives in collaboration
Fits in a "builder" mentality
Interview Process
Interviews are scheduled for Thursday, March 12th between 09:00– 12:00
