Growth&Operations Manager (Manufacturing), Naarden

As a member of the Management Team (MT), you will be accountable for and lead projects that analyze and address operational and logistical challenges within the organization. The HR portfolio across all areas of the organization will be of special focus for you. Your objective is to optimize various business processes and ensure their integration into daily workflows. You will energetically contribute input to your colleagues to shape AKF's further growth, thereby enhancing the quality of the organization's services and products and ensuring timely availability of data-driven reports. When optimising and formalising processes, you value the strength of a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach. To achieve your objectives, you will closely collaborate with various disciplines within the organisation such as sales, logistics, quality, and production. Through deepening operational processes, you will naturally progress to the position where you become the logical 'go-to' manager in Naarden. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for external parties on policy and operational matters. In this role, you will report to the Managing Director (DGA).

Requirements for this position include: A broad bachelor's degree level of education, with a background in (technical) business administration, business economics, or organizational studies; 5 to 15 years of work experience in an operational role in the manufacturing industry; Affinity or experience with operational HR and finance processes is advantageous;Familiarity with common automation and ERP systems; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality, with attention to detail and quality; Empathetic and enjoys working in a team; Thinks in terms of opportunities and possibilities and is capable of motivating others to achieve common goals;Residing within a commutable distance from Naarden. Responsible operational site role, involving partial assumption of the Managing Director's tasks; Ability to actively contribute to the further growth of the company; Attractive primary and secondary employment conditions.
