Account Manager– Professional Beauty&Skincare Industry NEODERMA– the world’s first luxury airless skincare brand – is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven
Account Manager
with experience in the professional beauty and skincare sector.
As NEODERMA expands its presence in the Netherlands, we are looking for a candidate with
excellent proficiency in Dutch and English , ready to take on a front‑facing sales and account management role focused on new business development and long‑term client partnerships with beauty salons, skin therapists, clinics, and other professionals in the industry.
Your Mission As our Account Manager, you will:
Build and grow NEODERMA’s professional client base in the Netherlands
Leverage your network of beauty salons, clinics, and industry professionals to introduce NEODERMA’s innovative product range
Drive direct sales, generate leads, and close new business opportunities
Provide personalized commercial support and training to professional clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and after‑sales support
Act as NEODERMA’s brand ambassador within the professional beauty community
Identify market opportunities and report on trends, client insights, and competitor activity
Represent NEODERMA at professional beauty events and field activities
Ensure client satisfaction and help partners grow their business through NEODERMA’s solutions
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management within the professional beauty sector
Strong network of beauty salons and skincare professionals in the Netherlands
Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Commercial mindset with a passion for results and customer success
Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of professional skincare and beauty trends (plus)
Bonus Points
Experience with luxury or clean beauty brands
Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
