We’re Hiring: Technical Service Engineer (PV / Energy Storage) – Netherlands Are you passionate about renewable energy and hands‑on technical problem solving? Join our growing team and play a key role in supporting cutting‑edge photovoltaic and energy storage solutions across the Netherlandsand Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions
Deliver on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and system commissioning when needed
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term collaboration
Provide product and technical training to customers and partners (remote&on‑site)
Collaborate closely with HQ and European teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues
Collect and report field feedback to support continuous product and service improvement
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields
Experience in photovoltaic (PV), inverters, or energy storage systems is highly preferred
Willingness to travel and provide on‑site customer support
Valid Dutch or EU driving license ( mandatory )
Strong sense of responsibility and customer‑oriented mindset
Fluency in
English and Dutch
( mandatory )
Strong technical and business communication skills in a multilingual environment
Solid knowledge of PV / energy storage / inverter technologies
Excellent problem‑solving and on‑site troubleshooting abilities
Capability to deliver technical training and customer support
Strong collaboration and execution skills across departments
