As a Business Development Associate, you will be an important part of our mission to expand our global network and grow to the top, TOGETHER.
What will you do?
Oversee the entire cycle within your given market from lead sourcing and initiating contact with business partners to negotiating contract terms and finalising deals. Participate in an immersive training program during your first month, equipping you with comprehensive insights into the nuances of business.Identify leads and cultivate a robust pipeline of potential prospects within the
Korean Market. Bring substantial and sustainable values to our business acumen, driven by a deep understanding of client and suppliers pain points and needs. Coordinate effectively with our Logistics and Finance Teams to facilitate deals and ensure operational efficiency. Provide timely administrative support to streamline processes and enhance deal execution.Follow up on leads and drive towards achieving your targets with a resolute, no-excuse mindset.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Korean
