Customer Support Consultant reports to the Global Services Manager. The position As a Customer Support Consultant you:
Provide direct support to existing customers (1st line support)
Assist in the QA of new fixes, patches and releases of our product suites
Write documentation with regards to new product releases
Liaise with 2nd line support to resolve customer incidents
Your profile
We expect you to:
Have a Bachelor qualification in IT, or have at least two years' experience in the field of Quality (IT Testing) and/or Customer Support
Have a good command of the Dutch and English language
Possess customer service skills and good communicative abilities, both written and verbally
Possess good organizational skills
Be residing within commutable distance to headquarters in Coevorden, the Netherlands
Be able to prioritize your work
Bottom Line Requirements
Bachelor qualification in IT, or have at least two years' experience in the field of Quality (IT Testing) and/or Customer Support.
Good command of the Dutch and English language.
Customer service skills and good communicative abilities, both written and verbally.
Currently residing within commutable distance to Coevorden, the Netherlands.
